Deduction of amount $23.87 on 10.10.23 and $3.99 on 09.22.23. I Do Not know who these people are! Shame on them for taking advantage of people. I looked them up on computer, you will find a lot of complaints. They won't answer their phone or return messages. Resolution Sought Want my money returned.

This letter is in response to your December 27th 2023 letter. We have researched this complaint and have found that this person first subscribed to our product via phone, provided his/her information directly to us and agreed to the terms and conditions of the program. We are sorry she was not happy with the service and have since cancelled her membership and refunded the fees as requested. Sincerely, Savings Zoo Customer Team
