Adjuster & Customer Service
SCA is a poorly constructed company with limited adjusters in certain areas. The adjuster that was assigned to me was rude and incompetent of understanding an appropriate time that I was available to set an appointment. I contacted customer service who then told me that he was the only one in the area to come and look at my vehicle, making it seem like I was the one putting them at an inconvenience. I've never had to deal with such poor customer service.
