I was writing this notice cause due to I had a bill which was due on the 10-04-2021 which I paid on 10-15-2021 which I was not aware that the gas company turn my gas off due to having going over 11 days without paying my bill. I was late before an I was billed twice an I paid both at the same time they never came out an turn my service off then I guess I just sign up for your service so the company didn't won't me to turn to another company. I understand you set a due date to pay your bill it was not the fact that I didn't have it it was the fact that I did forget which we are human but I also look at the fact that I was not 15 or 30 days over due an the other bill didn't come out yet which it did before an I paid it with any problems of them coming out to turn my services off. Upon arriving home I never seen a notice on the door that my services was turn off I paid the bill an if I wouldn't have called customer service I guess I wouldn't had a date for them to turn my services back on. I will be looking for another company to give my money too. Resolution Sought Give your customers better service this company have been known for how they do their customers. Most company will bill you for the next bill then if it's not paid will turn your service off. But 11 days like I stated I have been billed twice an paid in full am they didn't turn my services off.
