I ordered a fire pit grilling grate from this company. Received an email with a tracking number and when I clicked on it, it said the product had been delivered to my mailbox only an hour prior. I knew this was not possible as my mailbox is a standard mailbox on a major Highway. This grate is 36" wide. I thought perhaps it was left somewhere around my house. Checked my front porch, around the outside of both garages as well as inside and checked my deck. Nothing had been delivered. Went to my neighbors and no one had received the grate. Either it wasn't sent or someone else received a surprise gift. This was a gift for my son. Contacted the seller and got no response. Contacted PayPal to file a dispute. PayPal denied stating the seller had proof the package was delivered. It may have been delivered but it wasn't to me. Now I'm out $84.99 and have no grate and no money to buy a replacement. I begged for my money back or to get a replacement but was denied. Since then, I see that the site has a high scam rating and there are others like me. They have two addresses. One in Nebraska and the other in South Carolina, both of which appear to be residential. I feel there is a way the package can be tracked since it went through USPS and I live in a rural area. It is a small post office. I have had stuff sent to other people before and other people's stuff has been sent to me. They never come back to get it. I have to pack it up and take it into the post office. Resolution Sought I would either like them to send an identical replacement grate or refund my money so I can purchase a new grate for my son.
