Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Where they will not refund me for the scent cartridges. They state in the refund that scents are not refundable. that would be understandable if I didn't like the scent . The problem is that the product does not work as described. I sent back the machine and two of the cartridges one opened and one not open. This is a scam and I am very upset. This company claims to be in many countries so therefore they are making quite a lot of money. In today's economy, people cannot afford to be ripped off in this manner. I debated buying this product because I knew that it would add a monthly expense for continued use. For them to keep $130 plus the cost of me shipping the product back seems to be very unfair. Again, if it was only because I didn't like the smell, that would be different , but for it not to work should not be put on me the consumer. Very disappointing and people should know. Resolution Sought I would like business to send me back my full refund. It is a rip off to keep someone's money when the product does not work.
