I have had them resend a package 3 times and everytime they send it to the wrong address even though I confirm the correct address everytime. Resolution Sought I would like to receive my order but, a refund if they can't send it to the correct address.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience as a customer of Scentbird. Following the cancellation of my subscription, I have encountered an issue concerning a payment that was processed on May 6, 2024. Despite my request for a refund for this transaction, Scentbird has not provided the reimbursement. Upon contacting a representative named Nadine S., I was informed that the payment had failed, and I received a confirmation relating to a payment two weeks prior to the aforementioned date. I have evidence demonstrating that the transaction was indeed successful, yet Scentbird has not taken the necessary steps to refund the amount. I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved through the BCA in a timely manner, and I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this situation promptly to avoid further escalation of this issue.
