Yes I noticed I had a charge if 9.15 debited from this company so it says I have autopay for them weird thing I never had auto pay for any of my bills until today Christmas over I use my same accounts so I enrolled in auto pay now this company I don't know much about I browsed maybe once their website but really it nothing I remotely needed I have a history of my own perfume companies which is on autopay now it's great I order they send full size bottles of any perfume or cologne possible at the lowest cost anywhere they been around and have great ratings and customer service now this company is taking an amount off my card I've never had a statement from there a purchase order with my authorization never got a order cause I never placed a order so I go and want to ask them who how and for what product I owe that they took money from my account well there is no phone number they say you can chat so that's what I tried to do and you can email them and I did that wanting to know who they are why they took unauthorized money cause I never ordered anything never got anything don't need anything I got absolutely nowhere all the chatbot would answer is you can cancel a subscription there's no refunds I kept staring to the point of cussing I don't have a subscription I mean what are they saying you pay them every month for nothing and order when you want I don't get it then pay for the perfume but pay them without any order but just so you can look at their website like I said I by Resolution Sought Outcome makes it seem like we had business transaction I know very little about them but I do know this month they took money I don't know if they have before yet I tried to call them and chat useless they are not available to be put in a position to explain deny or refund a dispute they have to log into them for a ten minute link then it expires but like my case I logged in through by Facebook then their so called seccode you had to input now doung this I got account using my infofbihadnoacct

I have had them resend a package 3 times and everytime they send it to the wrong address even though I confirm the correct address everytime. Resolution Sought I would like to receive my order but, a refund if they can't send it to the correct address.
