No show and has not return phone calls

After speaking with Steve about boiler service he recommends Carl. I call Carl 5 times leave messages after 1 month I gave up. Also made an appt. With Steve for Monday 11/23. Appt. Was made 3 weeks earlier, I confirmed appt. On his voicemail 2 days before and he still no showed. Called him after he was an hour late he still hasn't returned the call . bottom line working with Schaefer plumbing is just a big blow job. I'm sure nothing will change. People who lack professionalism and basis common courtesy s**k at business. Hoping they will receive enough complaints to change.
