The staff was not kind, nor was he was not given proper care.

My father was a patient at Schenectady Center, & was denied adequate care. The staff was not kind, nor was he was not given proper care. He got an UTI that wasn't taken care of & am infection in his much from surgery that was neglected & nor found until he was taken to a Dr appointment where it was found. The doctor's office stated it was from neglect and not being properly checked on during his stay at Schenectady Center. His catheter was not being checked, hence the UTI. Infection in his neck from surgery, and infection again from nor being cared for properly. Investigate & file report so others know & their lives ones will hopefully be taken better care of.
