Bought a lift chair and two recliner sofa in April 2021 and added a three year extended warranty. Both electrical components stopped in July this year. We contacted both Shewels and their warranty carrier and were told they will make a decision by "Friday" but Friday never came. We hear the same every week since July. I called Shewels earlier this week and got the same answer. I told them if I didn't get a positive answer by today I will call the better Business Bureau. Well, they didn't, and I did. Resolution Sought Either repair or replace the items or reimburse the prices paid for the furniture.

Per consumer states; Just to let you know Shewel and their insurance carrier have made a settlement with me. They are replacing the sofa, and the lift chair was to be replaced also. I advised all the chair needed was a replacement remote, so, they ordered one and said it may be several months before I receive it, then charged me $60 plus for the replacement which I thought was a little odd but I paid it just to have it done with. Thanks.
