In 2018 we purchased a new modular home from Coastline Homes. The salesperson stated that the home had 30 year shingles on the roof. When the home was setup, it was by Schavi Custon Builders, who was owned by same people. They shingles in the roof places when roof was folded into place. Now 6 years later and shingles are falling off the house, not blown off, just sliding off. I've contacted both parties and Coastline has had no response. Schavis response was"its been 6 year what do you expect". I expect the 30 year shingles should stay on the home for more than 6 years. I'm 73 years old with a with that has stage 4 cancer. Resolution Sought Want my roof fixed where the shingles are falling off.
