Very disappointed

Ken and his staff are very nice and they keep a neat office.
2 of the 4 years their prepared our taxes they were late and not because we didn't submit our documents but because the office misplaced something or they failed to confirm if they had received our documents. We had to be the ones calling and making sure things had been received and processed.
The last thing was that they didn't file our business taxes correctly and failed to advised us how to do them. What a waste of money! $475 a year for 4 years and I have to pay over $600 in fees because they didn't do their job.
We appreciate honesty and values but we also expect a job well done.
