I called on May 17th for a request for a bid on an installation of a Ceiling fan in my living room. I was told by the person who answered the phone that they do not have time for bids and they gave me an estimate of 65$ per hour and told me that I would be getting a call from an electrician by the end of the week. On Thursday May 20th at 11:10 am I received a call from the dispatch explaining that the electrician could come start on the project, I agreed.At 11:15 2 people showed up and we walked around the house and explained what I wanted and said I had to pick up my son from school at 11:40 the electrician said they we're gonna go to lunch early and be back at 1 pm. After they left I called the same dispatch line and asked the person who answered why 2 people were sent and that I was verbally quoted over the phone 65$ per hour the person on the phone reassured me that they are trustworthy and will stick to their word as to what was quoted and I believed them and am mad at myself now for not getting something in writing. Fast forward to the day I received the bill July 12 I tried calling 3 times to speak with the billing department (Debbie) and was told she was gone at lunch I left a message and briefly told the receptionist my frustration with the bill. I didn't hear anything back so I called on Tuesday the 13th and spoke with Debbie trying to explain my issues was pointless and useless she immediately cut me off and then hung up on me. I feel taken advantage of by schine. Resolution Sought I would appreciate someone other than Debbie to call my husband and make it right. We feel like the fact that didn't want to do bid and put anything on paper ahead of time makes it easy for us to be targets of being scammed. Had they been honest and quoted 110$ versus 65$ we wouldn't have agreed to the work and went somewhere else. We are happy to pay the bill minus the apprentice electrician fee.

Emily called for an estimate. I indicated to her we were very busy and would not be able to do an estimate for several weeks. She asked how much we charge per hour. I did not take into consideration that an apprentice electrician would be needed for her job. Once she received the bill she called our office. I was not here at the time of the call. She was angry & rude to my office assistant; she threatened to go on social media and give our company a poor rating. She also used profanity while talking to my office assistant. I did not immediately return Emily's call as I wanted to speak with the electrician on the job and my husband, the owner/operator of our business. Emily called the next morning shortly after 8 am. She was angry right away. She indicated she called our office when the electricians showed up. I have no record or notes indicating she called about her concerns. I told her this, she called me a liar. She accused me of deceptive business practices and I had forced her into hiring us to do her job by refusing to give her a bid. Her angry tone of voice and attitude was escalating, I said "you are being very hostile, so I am going to end this call." She hung up, then promptly went on google reviews and called me a liar. She was not willing to communicate in a civil manner and I will not be verbally abused by someone who clearly has no ability to be civil. We have an excellent reputation in our community. We enjoy taking care of our customer's electrical needs. I decided to discount the hourly charges. She said she will pay the bill.

I will pay my bill in full on August 25th. Debi emailed me yesterday with the discounted bill most likely only because I reached out to this organization. I am disappointed and angry with this company because they don't value women enough to even be given the platform to explain what happened. I guarantee If I had been a man Debi wouldn't of spoken to me the way she did. The office assistant I spoke with the day before I spoke to Debi that I was supposedly rude to apologized to me for Debi not being available and was annoyed with her for taking a 3 hour lunch as she put it. I never once threatened Social Media that is a total lie that Debi has used to gain sympathy because I was "Hostile". Debi Had a choice that morning when I called she could've listened to me or cut me off to tell me" oh your the one who didn't want to pay your bill" she pointed our conversation in a hostile direction not me. Google reviews is how I heard about the company and that is what I used to explain my disappointment, Debi's response to my review is laughable and her only concern is that I said she hung up on me (which she did). No interest with the issue about my bill. I will never recommend to anyone.
