Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I've been waiting 23 days for my redeemed physical rewards card and it still hasn't been done processing. I emailed them 2 days ago and still haven't heard anything about it yet. Resolution Sought Ship the physical rewards card or pay me another way

I completed a focus group in early December. I was to be paid $400 for this group. I was told my incentive was placed in a focus group wallet and I could claim it and that it would take up to 10 business days to process. I claimed it on January 1st 2024 and it is still processing 17 days later. I was promised that it would take up to 10 business days and no more than that. I still have not received the money that I worked for. I reached out by email and they keep promising to get in contact with me and have not. Resolution Sought I want the $400.00 that they owe me. They should not be able to be dishonest. They haven't offered any kind of retribution for being 7 days late on my payment. They haven't corrected the problem or responded.
