Customer Complaint

I am writing to address a pressing matter regarding the lease agreement for my current residence at 150 N 3rd st, Columbus, Ohio. I relocated to Ohio on short notice to care for my mother, who was undergoing cancer treatment. At the time of signing the lease, I made it explicitly clear that my stay would be temporary, spanning approximately four months. I submitted a notice to vacate on the 1st and now I'm being told that it was denied and now I'm being told I have to stay here until end of June? I need to move out of here and I'm being forced to stay an extra 2 months when I have clear instructions that's I would only be in Ohio for 4 months. Resolution Sought Let me move out of this apartment! I'm not happy here, I payed all my bills and they won't let me leave.

The Tenant did not provide the proper 60 day written vacate notice on time per the lease agreement. He is not being forced to stay in his apartment but will be billed through 5/31/2024 whether he stays or not.
