Had plumbers out to reinforce a kitchen sink. They came on Friday afternoon, had to go get sealant and came back to reset sink. They returned on Monday to add make sure everything was ok. I inquired about cost and was told that I would be invoiced. I recieved the invoice late Dec. With the cost of 845.00. Stating that I was paying for 4 1/2 hours for plumber and his apprentice. This cost did not set well with me per my ring video the plumbers were at my home 2 days and the total amount of time spent for 2 days was 2 1/2 hours which included the time that it took to go get the sealant. I inquire about the cost and the manager advised that the charge included thier travel time to me. I have asked for clarification and manager refuses to answer. Fir this price I should have purchase a new sink and installation would have been free. Resolution Sought To recalculate the time, video is available and provide fair pricing.
