I tried to pay my rent in February which was under 4,000 and my landlord rejected the payment, and told me I was on an eviction list so I asked Ms.. Vivian Chin when she filed it no response I got threatened they was go call the cops so I left so since that day and seen cops by my apartment. I was checking court of clerks for eviction in march April and may 2023. I didn't find anything until June 19 2023 an eviction summon was on my door. So I also ask me chin and her receptionist about corporate number and didn't get any answers for that so I'm panicking and have anxiety not eating because I don't know when I'm go be homeless. I been living with a leaking ceiling since I signed my first lease out. I put in work orders they come out but never fix problem but I have documentation saying they completed the job so they got paid for it. So, I still got leaking ceiling June 21 2023. Resolution Sought I would love for the business to help on my behalf because I was trying to do was pay my rent and I get rejected and I been trying to get rental assistance to cure the situation but no success
