They're indulging in false advertising and consumer bullying. They claim that they're not "pay to win" games but if you don't pay, you can't win, ever. They have zero customer support, just a bot that makes false promises. Only phone number I could find was disconnected. I think they're scared of the consequences of their bullying. Since the game is rigged to not only force low income players into losing, but it won't even allow the dignity of a close game. The cheating is so obvious and so rampant, it's like playing a digital game with a spoiled toddler. Others need to be warned that Scopely actually IS pay to win no matter what they're actually saying Resolution Sought I demand a full formal apology and amended business practices that no longer create a haven for online bullying

Scope is experiencing technical Issues for the last 2 months that directly affects players being rewarded points for their officers. I have spent over a $1000 in the last 4 years with this game and it is constantly bugged and issues that affect the time and efforts and money spent. They offer relatively no customer supwork don't tell players about their major technical issues when they're happening and rarely offer any compensation but they're game not. Working correctly I am in the process of deleting my. Profile profile and all my personal information that I can if that's even possible. I would encourage someone telling everyone about this before they join. The game are at least making a public announcement about the unfair unfair. Treatment of their players from scope Lee I also believe their parent company CBS should be informed directly from someone not associated with the company of what's. Really opinion. They're making a mockery of the star trek franchise. And something needs to be done about it thank you for your time. I did everything I asked supplied pictures dates everything. They just gave you the same run around about. We need to put you in touch with someone who can help you better in that kind of bull. Any other company would be held accountable for their actions and may to return all funds. Can I had paid them? As soon as you don't have access for what you're asking for US court again.
