Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The game app on Apple Store is a game that follows its own twist on monopoly go. However, the game has many glitches and does not provide the service you are paying for such as glitches will not allow you to earn the awards that the game was suppose to give you and therefore your losing on things you should have. When customer support was addressed many times, they refuse to compensate and said better Luck next time for better lac of words Resolution Sought I would like a refund and i would like them to obey policies to provide better service.

They're indulging in false advertising and consumer bullying. They claim that they're not "pay to win" games but if you don't pay, you can't win, ever. They have zero customer support, just a bot that makes false promises. Only phone number I could find was disconnected. I think they're scared of the consequences of their bullying. Since the game is rigged to not only force low income players into losing, but it won't even allow the dignity of a close game. The cheating is so obvious and so rampant, it's like playing a digital game with a spoiled toddler. Others need to be warned that Scopely actually IS pay to win no matter what they're actually saying Resolution Sought I demand a full formal apology and amended business practices that no longer create a haven for online bullying
