I just saw an unauthorized charge for 49.99 for a barrel of dice I did not consent to. I didn't know of this purchase. I tried to get a hold of customer service for a refund but no luck. Hard to get a hold of a live agent. I also tried contacting Google Play for a refund as well. When I looked up complaints with Scopely Inc. they said that they do NOT have to issue any refunds. Please help. Thank you. Resolution Sought I would like my 49.99 back and I will be very satisfied.
