My husband and I purchased a 2009 Dodge @ 70,550 pickup truck from Scoreboard On 11/26 it took them 5 days to deliver the truck to us cause some brake work needed done. We kept the truck for one week n the truck begin to make a different noise we returned the truck for a second time n this time they said it was the rock arm we then pick up the truck again only to have it for three days because now the truck is making even more noise then before as I am in contact with u the truck is at the auto shop n was told to us that we need a new motor. We have a Dealer Warranty that says the dealer will pay 100 of labor n 100 of parts 3 months or 3,000 miles then there is a limited coverage extended warranty that says they will only pay up to 2,000 dollars of damage which contradict the 1st warranty. I would like our Down Payment of 2,000 dollars back n to return the truck. I have only had the for exactly 60 days n we are told that we need to replace the motor. We spoke to Robert n Blake the owner that says he doesn't know what to tell me. Resolution Sought Return our 2,000.00 dollars down payment back to us we do not care to keep the truck.

The reason it took us 5 days to personally deliver the truck to their doorstep is becuase they bought it on a Saturday and we had to get it worked into the shop on Monday without an appointment and at the mercy of the shop. But we did get it worked in and fixed and it did PASS Missouri safety and emmissions inspections with no check engine lights on and running great! The motor started making a ticking noise in the top which was a lifter tapping and I told them to drop it off at the shop and we would take care of it since they just purchased the truck. They took their time coming back out to pick it up and it sat at repair shop for awhile. Thne weeks later I get a call saying the truck is making a noise worse. So I instructed them to return truck to shop and we would look at it as it was still under our 3 month or 3000 mile limited warranty. The "Buyers Guide" which is a FTC regulated addendum that hangs in the windows of used cars states our warranty and to "Ask the dealer for a copy of the warranty, and for any documents that explain the warranty coverage, exclusions and the dealer's repair obligations." Now their warranty document explains that the dealer will take car of up to $2000 of any covered repair spelled out in the warranty document with a $100.00 deductible. They did not like any of these answers, however it was all spelled out and signed off on during closing. We would split the cost of the repair with them and cover up to $2900 but this is the most good will we could offer at this time.
