I contracted Scott's heating back in Nov 3, 2023 to install a heater ( carrier 2 stage ) and duct cleaning. From the after the install the heater wasn't heating I called several times several technicians came and tried to get it to work this went on for a good month. I asked him to remove it twice and they would not. They covered all Mya vent floors switched thermostats. Still never really worked cold air kept blowing in. At one point I was considered the crazy lady. Because I kept complaining. I was at my wits end. So we suffered the cold days. And then came the time for them to come and service my Refrigeration unit. Which they didn't install. I had paid for a start up and mmmm for my ac in the string back in 2023. So they came and then I hear my refrigeration unit is not working etc. That's would have been another 5 thousand to more to install a new system for my ac. When I was told not to get a package unit because my Refrigeration system was in good condition. And I just needed a heater. So at this point I was not happy. They sent me quotes and of course in no way shape or form would I do business with this company. I was left with 6k to pay for all they did. I had to aske where a halo purifier was installed by them along with my heater. $700 it was never installed but I was charged. I was reimbursed the amount after asking where it was. I know have a heater I don't want and don't need. They sold and installed A bad 2stage carrier unit. Resolution Sought Reimburse me the amount for the heater and take their heater back.
