Mr High took advantage to the fact of me being recently widowed. Said the best pump was a large sand filter pump which has given me difficulty since installing it. I also asked to have a liner installed. They disputed installing the liner at first said since it was a cement pool just painting it and sealing it would be fine. After filing the pool it leaked. I had to have the pool emptied the liner installed and refilled. I had issues with it still losing water. Called many times on it. The filter also, dropped sand on the floor of the pool. Called many times. They just kept telling me nothing was wrong. If I have to spend time to fill the pool a foot everyday something is wrong. I have spent over $7000 on the pool — plus paying extra for filling it everyday with the hose since the water level dropped so bad. ( liner $2,226 +Hayward super pump filter+ 300 lbs of sand + installing = $3,392+ $350 for them to check the pool+ $400 for water to have truck come and fill. After speaking to other pool companies after the fact and trying to resolve the issues. They all told me for my pool size a $400 filter was all I needed. Scott is very rude and condescending I tried to resolve the issues with him he just talked down to you or ignored me. Resolution Sought I would like refunded for the over priced filter that they installed that hasn't worked for my pool. A new liner installed without wholes in the so the water stays in my pool. And reimbursed for the water that I had to pay for extra.
