He has always been fair, personable, and easy to deal with.

We have been dealing with Scott Solo for quite a few years. We actually look for estate sales that he runs and have recommended his estate sales several times. His sales always start on time. He is always been more than fair with us, and we love his personality. We would/and have recommended him for not just to buyers, but for property owners also.
