I had issues with my hotel booking online and the lady was very rude to the point I was scared to keep talking then I politely said you don't have to be so rude she started YELLING ''RUDE RUDE '' do you want me to show you rude and all I was trying to do was get my money back because I wasn't able to check in then she states that this is why she hates young people I then asked can I get the manager or anyone so I can complain on her for talking to me this way and she stated she doesn't answer to anyone and she owns the hotel I give up on getting my money back because I will not deal with that disrespect from a owner of the store I have tried calling and she will hang up or not answer all I needed was my cancellation approval and she will not give it to me I'm over it someone needs to stop this lady Resolution Sought Do something about this owner
