Customer service and internet problems. I have called many times and always get rude people. The equipment isn't working properly but always say it ain't nothing to do with their end. I pay plenty for the internet and 90 of the time don't even receive 50 of it. When we call we get stuck with same technician and we get an attitude. Now they called and said they are taking the equipment and we can fend for ourselves on the wifi problems. They said buy your own then. Resolution Sought I would like at least some credit towards the bill. We have had problems every since we got the equipment. Then actually have someone fix the problem.

Ms. Fisher has internet service of 500 mgs. Testing by the sophisticated equipment used by South Central indicates that the service provided to the Fisher residence is within the tolerances for the service to which she has subscribed. It is the understanding of the employees at South Central that the belief of the customer that the service provided is not in accordance with that subscribed is based upon a reading by their xbox or boxes. Those readings are unreliable and in this case are wrong. The level of service has been measured on more than one (1) occasion and the subscribed service is provided.
