Company Receives fund every month to pay Verizon Bill and they take a 25 dollar monthly fee for there service. September which was due October 6 2022 payment was never received BY PHONE COMPANY. Spoke with case manager, Karine Epan on October 17-21. Everyday she has told me the bill was paid. When I ask for the confirmation number she doesn't HAVE ONE YET. Now Verizon is threatening to interrupt my services BY OCTOBER 27 FOR NON PAYMENT AND HAVE CHARGED A LATE FEE. I Have a lot of health issues and need to keep my phone on. In the past I've had the same problem for non BILL PAYMENT WENT THEY ARE RECIVEING THE FUNDS ON TIME AND JUST DONT CARE ABOUT MAKING THE PAYMENTS ON TIME Resolution Sought I would like to speak with a supervisor and get this bill paid before October 27, 2022 is went the service will be interrupted due to SCS Pooled Trust diligence. The Case Manager Director, Kim Purnell, spoke to Idella 10/25/22 and 10/26/22. Based on the mail received, it does not appear that Idella’s Verizon bill was included with her September Deposit. This is what caused the initial delay in the payment. Ms. Purnell addressed Idella’s concerns and is willing to reverse the October Monthly Fee to help with any late fees that may occur. A digital payment has since been made to Verizon, which should stop the threat of service disruption.

I used to be with Chase Bank. I was with Chase Bank for more than 20 years. I remember the bank compromised me a couple of times I'm but it was nothing serious so I never charged and never fall charges. CSC Pool trust From 100 boulevard of America Lakewood NJ 08701. Took out of my account exactly $900. Pool trust told the bank that they have a signature which is impossible because I have no recollection of this company at all. I asked the bank to show me the signature they said I have to get a court order to see it. Pull trust took my money and now they don't want to give it back what can I do to get my money back. I'm followed complaint on Friday to the police department. I didn't do it last month because I have Vertigo it's very difficult for me to get around. I also have proof I have brought a goal for my doctors I have a home attendant to help me from time to time because I fall down a lot. I'm 66 years of age I lived in New York all my life and worked at my end all my life to have someone just take my money I don't think it's right can you help me please. Resolution Sought I live in New York City but I actually live in The Bronx. I have no clue how to get my money back I even told pool trust to call me with the managers so I can explain to them that they made a horrible mistake. My friend told me to close the bank account with Chase because they're gonna continue to take your money and that's exactly what happened I didn't see June or July's social security check. I had to pay my rent twice because pool trust took my money. I'm gonna follow complaint on Friday w
