1) I ordered over 25k items. The payment method allows only wire. I had to cancel. I was charged $878 for the cancellation fee acquiesce to my pending order shipments. I apome w/Mr. Fren, and told him I ordered more than original order to make it up, but he didn't care, and to my request to speak with a manager, he said they are busy and if you talk to them you may have to pay full amount of over $1500 for cancelling the order. Very threatening. 2) One of the invoices was for platinum billions order total of $7673.30; they charged sales tax of $728.96. I contacted and explained that CA is exempt from tax if the bullion order is over $1500. They refuse to refund. 3) One line item, 20/1g Generic Platinum Bars, was not shipped along with other things on the invoice. The total amount of $1118.40. I have a witness that watched me each time I opened packages that was sent by SD Bullion. I tried to resolve the issues numerous times to no avail. I see so many complaints after the purchase and couldn't cancel. Resolution Sought 1) Refund cancellation fee of $878. 2) Refund sales tax of $728.96. 3) Ship the item that wasn't shipped or refund $1118.40 for 20/1g Generic Platinum Bars. Total refund amount of $2725.36.

The product that you are asking about would be the Gold Maples or the Gold Buffalos that have .9999 purity. That would be the 24k gold that you are referencing. Consumer states; I took this gold I purchased from you to appraise. I found out that gold you sold me was not pure 24 carat gold but 20 carat. Now I am wondering what else you send me that's not it is what it says it is. It is upsetting for me to find out that you are misreading customers and taking money from us dishonestly. I will be contacting the appropriate authorities for your wrong doing.
