i ordered on a "promotional link" for a discount. it stated the discount would not be applied until the order is placed. when the discount did not get applied, i contacted them within minutes and they are demanding a $35 cancelation fee. Resolution Sought removal ofnthe $35 fee, change in deceptive business practices, formal appology from corporate.
