I stayed at this motel for 4 months and Sunday through Thurs I paid 100-120 dollars a night and Friday and Saturday I paid 140-170 a night depending on if they had events in the area. Every 28 days they made me pack all my stuff and leave the hotel for 1 night and come back the next days as to make sure I do not make residency. That is also against the law in the state of California. Multiple nights they did this to me I wasn't even able to find a place to sleep that day due to limited vacancy in the area. They have black mold , non working sinks, non working tubs , low water pressure, dirty towels, roaches, and they don't always clean the linen. Some days I would sleep past 11 and be late to go pay my room they know I have the money but they decided after I have given them in total 13,500 dollars to make me pack up and cause me to be on the street and have to figure it out. Resolution Sought I would like to be compensated 5000 dollars part of the money I gave them due to the discrepancy's of my multiple rooms and also for throwing me out to be on the street after I was a faithful paying customer who never gave them problems.
