I sold my house in the Country managed by Seabreeze Management Company and escrow closed on 6/3/2022. I prepaid my HOA dues. I request for overpaid HOA refund $1866.00 since 6/3/2022. I emailed, I called, I mailed the letter. Each time I emailed, customer care told me this L.A. person is handling it. Then no one gets back to me. I just emailed again yesterday and customer care told me again this L.A. person is handling it and still no one gets back to me. I am very frustrated. Resolution Sought My desired outcome is very simple, refund my overpaid HOA due $1866.00.
