The service is poor they need to do better

The service was horrible the ride was scary. I was very very affair for my life. I am a senior citizen and should not be treated like that. The owner was rude and disrespectful he talked to me like I wasn't human. They have a grant from the state to provide a service to the public and the service is poor they need to do better
