I called twice and they rescheduled for a plumber to come to my business and evaluate a leak. The plumber came and said the leak outside my business was a county responsibility. When Suffolk Water Authority came, they said the plumber was wrong and the leak was my responsibility. The plumber cashed the $85.00 check required to survey the problem and never returned after his office was notified. Resolution Sought Refund the $85.00 and admit they farm all of their work out to independent contractors who pay them for referrals.
