After talking with Mr. Michael (the adjuster) on 7/31 and sending him pictures of my damage vehicle that they insured caused, I didn't hear back from him. On 8/2 I spoke to a Mrs. Stephanie in his department to get an update. Stephanie told me that the claim paid out and it was 2900 and some change and in the notes statement for me to take it to the body shop of my choice and if there's a supplement they will work with the shop directly. On 8/4 the body shop called me to let me know that they couldn't get in touch with Michael, after leaving him several messages. So I call trying to reach him but like always NO answer but I spoke with a Mrs. Elijah and she told me that the claim wasn't finished and I got extremely upset because now I'm being told something different from 2 days ago (after I dropped my car off at the body shop. I asked on three separate occasions to have a manager called me to explain to me why I was told that the claim had paid out and 2 days later it's something totally different and they refuse to call or talk to me. Resolution Sought Stop playing games and fix me car that they insured caused.

Thank you for the opportunity to address the Consumers concerns. We have been in contact with the Consumer and advised the status of the claim and that payment was issued. In addition, we have contacted the Consumers repair shop and advised payment has been issued and provided contact information should additional damages be identified once repairs begin. The Consumer has been provided direct contact information for the claim supervisor should he have any other questions or needs further assistance.

This is a total lie. The body shop has been trying to reach them since 8/9 about the supplement because they can't start buying parts until they get the approval. Mrs konnie, has been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. They want even return her phone calls, so my car is just sitting there. Sea Harbor told me on 8/8 that they mailed me the 1st estimate and I haven't received it yet . I don't know if it's the truth or they're still lying

We apologize for any misunderstanding there may have been with our prior response. It remains our intention to fully resolve the Consumers concerns. We have been in direct contact with Consumer and his repair shop. We have agreed with the repair shop on the supplement amount for $5431.30 and that payment has been issued to the repair shop. In addition, we have issued a preliminary payment of $600 to the Consumer for loss of use of his vehicle, and will address any additional loss of use, if necessary. We will continue to work with the Consumer until his claim is fully resolved.
