This is a scam company that profits from "restocking fees". I ordered a car cover on November 24, 2023 that I needed for a trip we're taking on December 9, 2023. The original email said I would receive the order in 5-7 business days. The tracking number I received said "arrival date pending" and didn't update for over a week. I reached out to customer service on 3 separate occasions to ask when it would be shipped. The first agent told me it would arrive in time and the arrival time would update the next day. It did not. The next agent assured me an arrival date would post the following Monday. It did not. I sent several requests to cancel the order through chat and email, since it hasn't been shipped. I spoke with an agent today that said they can't cancel it because it was shipped a few minutes ago and that k would be receiving an arrival date with UPS tomorrow. It is very clear that this company does not honor its guarantees and when they ship the delayed or incorrect product they then charge a restocking fee to return it. This is a horrible scam company that is taking advantage of people. They need to be held accountable. Resolution Sought Cancel my order. My order hasn't shipped and will not arrive when they said it would. Full refund. No "restocking fee". The item will be returned unopened and unused so need to "prepare it".
