I purchased by company check an internet search service in 2022 for 1 year. I used it some and chose not to renew, which I informed the company. It expired in May and had not been used since Feb. They offered discounts which I declined. Now I am receiving collection letters for a renewal that I declined. I have replied to Seamless but they only send more collection letters Resolution Sought Recognize there is no money due since the service was cancelled. Evidently, this seems to be a business practice of theirs to extort money. www.Seamless.AI

Company states; Upon reviewing our records, we can confirm that Mr. Duncan entered into a contract for the use of Seamless.Al platform, which included an agreement to be bound by the Company's Terms of Service. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding contract that outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parties, including the terms of use, billing information, and dispute resolution procedures. Mr. Duncan entered into an annual agreement with Seamless.Al on May 16. 2022. The agreement Mr. Duncan entered does not include an early termination option, and includes a renewal provision, which requires a written notice of cancellation prior to 60 days of the annual renewal. Unfortunately, Seamless.Al never received a notice of cancellation from Mr. Duncan. Mr. Duncan never requested to cancel, he only asked to talk about a possible downgrade on March 21, 2023. His CSM confirmed we could negotiate a downgrade to a lower rate, but never received confirmation from Mr. Duncan on his preferred course of action. Despite binding contract terms, and Seamless.Al's customer support efforts, Mr. Duncan refused to remit payment for the services he purchased. Mr. Duncan's account remains past due in the amount of $2,964.00. The Company believes that the contract between Seamless.Al and Mr. Duncan is valid, enforceable, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. We kindly request that this information is conveyed to Mr. Duncan and assure them that we are open to addressing any specific concerns they may have within the framework of our contractual agreement. The Company has proactively set Mr. Duncan's account to cancel at the end of the annual term, on March 31, 2024.
