The owner ordered and put on a soft top on my jeep. I noticed the front right side sat higher than left. He said that wasn't unusual. A couple months later I went back to him cause the back window keeps popping loose. He put it back on just like I did and it kept popping out. Went back and told him its still doing same thing. He was going to call the company he ordered from and let me know what they said. He never called me. I called him several times and each time he said he would get back with me. Months later I went back up there cause now the back window ripped from popping out. He looked up the company but couldn't find the part number to order another back window. He then said let me call them and I'll get back with you. Once again I didn't hear back from him. I called him and he said he didn't have time to stay on the phone all day to get to talk to someone but he would try again and call me. I have yet to hear back and its been months again. Resolution Sought Fix my soft top or replace it.
