Their company allows for zero interaction with a live person. My mother is elderly and can't contact anyone. They have cancelled her appointment to have her A/C repaired multiple times. We live in Phoenix, it is May, the temperature will be above 100 soon, and my mom and uncle are elderly. They live in a mobile home that has no air conditioning. Resolution Sought I want to speak to a live person.
