Purchased Sears refrigerator in 2018 also purchased sears protection agreement which we have maintained each year. Ice maker quit working in June 2022. Repair company that Sears sent out has replaced ice maker four times and still doesn't work. They have ordered a new freezer door which is a side-by-side freezer door. Still haven't received the door. Company said it could take up to two to three months to receive it. We haven't had an ice maker going into six months. The Repair Agreement isn't worth the paper it is written on. What a scam!

Schedule an appointment for repair for this company to come fix my oven. No call no show
