We ordered a spa from them in May 2022. We were told the spa was preordered and would arrive in 2 weeks. We were asked to pay in full at the time of the order. Long story short we got our spa in October. We had to hire a crane to lift the spa to the deck it needed to go on. We got the spa in and set up and filled it and it leaks onto our lower deck. Supposedly a part was ordered in October. We are still living with a faulty leaky spa 12/12/22. We paid 15000. For a leaky spa with a sticky valve. Seasonally living manager does not answer her phone. Occasionally you can talk to a sales person who knows nothing. We have spoke to Cam, the owner serval times. He assured us we would be first on the list to get fixed. We have not been compensated for our troubles or stress and our hot tub is still dripping. My husband, of 67 years old, had to take off the fencing around the 2and story deck in freezing weather for the repair man to be able to access the area where the tub is leaking. He was sick the day he was suppose to be here and emailed us that he would be here today. We reached out to Jennifer to find out what time he would be here. My husband has to take off work to oversee the repair. Jennifer replied that they were staying on top of their schedule as best they could. Still on time. The owner didn't answer his phone. We still don't know when or if it will be repaired. Maybe they should have replaced the tub. We tried to stay local. This company has lied to us since day one. Resolution Sought We would like to get our money back if they can't fix the tub today as promised. We trusted seasonally living and got burned. If they do fix our tub today we would like 5000 back for our troubles and lack of decent service from them. This is the second tub we bought from ChimChimney now called Seasonally Living. Not a good way to run a business.

This customer ordered a spa, we had a delay with the manufacturer. The customer received the spa and there was a leak in it. We sent a technician out to diagnose - the customer has installed this spa on a deck and up against two fenced walls. We were able to diagnose the leak and ordered the part. The manufacturer sent the wrong part but because the packaging said it was the correct description and part number this was not discovered until the day of the appointment. Our technician told the customer and that day we contacted the manufacturer to get the correct part shipped. They did so and we preemptively scheduled the repair to prevent further delays (scheduled them for a date to allow the shipping time from the manufacturer) We received the part a few days ago and the customer is on the schedule for Monday 12/26/22. The manufacturer called the customer and apologized for the delays, they are going to send them a care package. So my feelings on this is that in every industry we are seeing unprecedented delays in products. We offered these customers other options and in stock items but they wanted to wait for this specific spa. We responded to every request for repair. I have been in constant and consistent communication with these customers myself. I do not feel that there is anything else we could have done to communicate or expedite things. Products come with a warranty in the event of manufacturing defects. These come with owners manuals and warranty descriptions. We have several text messages and emails showing the active communication between our service department and the customer.

Our new spa was finally repaired the last week of December. Just to recap. We ordered the spa in May, we were told by staff it was to arrive 2 weeks later. It arrived 6 months later in October and leaked. The repair was diagnosed in November and repaired at the end of December. The phone numbers to the manager do not have voicemail. The manager can only be reached by email. No one initiated contact with us about the real delivery time date of our spa. The service was horrible. The owner does not work at the store but did answer our calls. We waited 6 months for the spa and 3 months for the repair. As time passed we had to aggressively seek communication with the manager through the owner to find out when things were getting done. Meanwhile we had a big leak from the spa in our backyard messing up our yard for months. Never did the store reach out to us or offer any money back for our inconvenience. The situation is resolved now. I will not recommend Seasonally Living. The service and integrity was a huge disappointment.
