I applied for this job as a shipping clerk in the beginning/ mid February of 2022 and got hired march 3rd 2022 by Seaspan as a shipping clerk I was told on documents and verbal communication that the first month I would be paid the base amount of 2470 and plus a bonus 45 on each package and another bous for packages that we're done on time in a timely manner.so I have did 6 packages this month that would be $280 in package alone then my base payment of $2,470.I read the fine print of the delay my first check would be cause of the bank doing a identification procedure but the company states on paper that it will only take them 24/48 hours to do that then my funds should go thru, and after that first time it won't happen again.But as of April 6 2022 my funds still have not came to my account on top of that my dashboard it's not accessable no more it's telling me that I have the wrong password.I didn't change anything for it to say that then I called both supervisor and shipping manager and I got no response from them and I also emailed them to.so I don't know what else to do I just need my check. Resolution Sought I would just be very happy if they can just give me my check of 2750 that I worked for.thanks and hope to hear from you soon.
