Very hard to work with

Jim Silva is so rude. Very hard to work with. I was trying to change my payment arrangement and instead he began threading me to cancel the whole arrangement. Very unprofessional

I would give 0 stars if it was allowed

Extremely unprofessional company from the top to the bottom. Found out that Second Alliance falsely reported a $10,000 error to the credit bureaus which obviously significantly damaged my credit. Was able to speak with the president of this company and he proceeded to hang up on me in the middle of our conversation! What's ironic is that I was calling to settle the debt and pay what was owed! What can you expect from a company if the president of that company displays that kind of behavior?
