If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Cassi provided me a contract to obtain business funding. The contract stipulated that funding is guaranteed and if not provided in 120 of my final payment, she would issue a cash refund for the money I spent. A combination of misinformation, her inability to separate martial affairs and business in addition to her level of comprehension to tanked this entire process. She received my final payment June of 2020, yet tried to blame the pandemic as the reason I was not funded. Even if that had been true, a refund was due. I asked SEVERAL time in which she attempted to offer me credit repair to "fix" the issue. I declined and asked for a refund which I still haven't received. She has a Facebook where she is advertising credit services, taking money from individuals and not providing the services. She is a fraud and a thief that needs to be prosecuted to the highest level!! Resolution Sought Issue my refund of $3500!
