I contacted their customer support to let them know they did not ship a book to me. This is the third time I let them know in the past couple of orders that they did not ship to me books that were in my order and this is the third time I never got a response back from regarding rather or not they were either going to refund me or to ship to me the books missing in my order. Resolution Sought I would like to have them ship to me a replacement book for the one I bought. I bought, "The Sparrow Sisters" by Ellen Herrick.

I ordered books from this company, when they arrived, they were not as described. I'm horrible condition and one of them wasn't even the right book. It was a random book with the wrong cover on it. I have photos to show. The company is completely ignoring me and I want my money back immediately. Resolution Sought I want my money back. This company is a scam and they are thieves.
