I signed up for help in acquiring sneakers and was led to believe this was the way to get it. They did nothing and the website was unusable and filled with outdated information Resolution Sought I wish a refund of all moneys paid to discord

Paul had been in communication with support staff since his subscription started with us. Paul stated he was “getting it down” to staff in March. Automated systems notified him of his monthly renewals every month he was billed, as per our Terms of Service (ToS). In June, Paul contacted staff being very aggressive and accusatory towards our staff. Despite our numerous attempts to support him with utilizing our services, he became increasingly aggressive with our staff and began to discredit our services. Our services work to provide information to our members / customers to assist them with the acquisition of new sneakers for retail. Regularly, our over 1000 members are purchasing between 3-5 pairs a month successfully for retail. Regarding our website, we are predominately hosted on discord which is fully usable to all of our users with real time information. In addition, our website contains a video dashboard that explains in detail how to set up, utilize, and learn our services at length. Our ToS states clearly how to cancel a user’s membership and all of our subscription charges and timings. Our ToS must be expressly agreed to via users during our signup process. Our support staff is available to users at any point during business hours EST 8am-5pm via email @ support@secretsaucegroup.com or in the discord itself via a help ticket or direct message. Our transcripts show several instances of trying to assist Paul with the services and ultimately show our rationale for cancelling his membership upon his request.
