I have been with this storage unit for 6 years. I went 6/11/23 to get something from my unit and my lock had been changed. I pay every month and have been so I was thinking they stole my stuff. I go the next day and no my lock was replaced because someone had broke into my storage unit and stole everything. Not once was I contacted about it, not once did anyone let me know I had no lock on my unit and they had to put a new one n there. I had so much sentimental and also valuable items in my unit. No one can tell me about camera footage, nobody can give me answers on why they don't do walk throughs daily. I went today and there was another unit broken into. This company hid the fact that I lost everything. Resolution Sought I can never get my daughters baby stuff, my high school or elementary items back, I put so much money into everything that was in my unit. My clothing, electronics, furniture, shoes etc. I have no idea how long I've been paying for an empty storage space. I want was rightfully owed to me for all the memories and items I lost and will never get back.
