A year ago, Roberto Payan came and did an estimate to to replace my front steps. As I trusted him since he haf installed my backyard fence. I put a deposit down for the job for the stairs. He said he would come multiple times but would cancel. Today when I called he blocked my calls. He also need to repair my fence as some panels are coming out due to high winds.
