I was given a "by an employee to have 2 windows changed And told that I could obtain the permit from the city myself and pay them directly I agreed with the employee and on July 5th I had a 50 money order To order the windows and was waiting for him to come and and redo a final measurement In the interim weeks later I guess the employee quit or something happened the owners of the company then had emailed me one moment stating that they would honor the estimate And then the following day wanted to withdraw the proposal. Resolution Sought Honor the agreement between the employee representing and authorized to sell for the company. I have the text messages from the employee stating his purpose.
