Customer Complaint

Moved out of the storage unit on April 2, 2022. SecureSpace too my payment from my account for the full month on 4/1/2022. The gentleman provided receipt of the refund being requested on 4/2/2022, Keys turned in, storage unit checks and returned the lock. It is now 4/29, no return on funds as of yet. I have spoken with SecureSpace three times now to find out where my refund is and will hit my account. The persons state they will reach out to payment center to find up where my refund at, then follow up with me on status. I asked for the payment center phone number, the customer service states they do not have one. There has been no follow up from the customer service on the status. Today, I called again, could not get any information from customer again. I have asked to speak with a Supervisor, no one was available and was informed the supervisor would call back. This time I asked who would be calling, the customer service person stated a Salina, no call as of yet. Resolution Sought I would like my refund sent back to my account IMMEDIATLEY, please. I have other bills to pay and this company is making it very inconvenience to count on the funds being there. If I had it my way, they should owe me more funds for the inconvenience and time I miss from work, continuing to follow up and take care of their job because they are not able to follow up and refund my funds.

Company states; This email is to respond to the Complaint about a refund that was requested partial refund for prorated amount of $185.73 due to customer move out after the new monthly payment due. Our store manager requested the refund against the rental agreement of a month-to-month with no refund for a partial month as a great customer service mind.
