Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I was gifted a SecureSpend card by my father, I had spent about $19 on a game. However the very next day after checking my balance, $89 were spent on a fictitious company called "SP SERAFTO", customer service won't do a thing to help either. My father is distraught since the gifted money is gone, with seemingly no way to get it back. Resolution Sought Full refund of the money I lost.

On 2/8/24 showed a debit of $455.00 for MGM*BETMGM in New Jersey - I live in California and have never been to New Jersey. Talked to a SecureSpend customer service guy and I told him that MGM charge was not made by me - he told me the $455.00 would be back on card by 2/15/24 since it was a "pending transaction." On 2/11/24 it showed $455.00 was debited off card. ****-****-****-0335 08/31 is info on card. Why did charge of $455.00 go through after I called customer service and was told card would be reimbursed. Resolution Sought Refund $455.00 on NEW SecureSpend debit card
