Scam. Beware!!!!

Called to check my balance which was 298. Minutes later the card was used to pay some insurance company in Florida for 295. Similar situation reported by other people. Filed a dispute on the charge. Nothing.

I think someone should close down the whole d**** outfit.

I purchased a $50.00 prepaid Visa debit card off a rack of cards at walmart, thinking it was a safe to shop online without jeopardizing my bank account, I made a total of $25.00 in purchases , leaving $25.00 on the card. A couple of weeks went by and I decided to check the balance on the card to make sure I was correct in what I knew to be the right amount. When I checked I found someone had made a charge of $24.99 on my card leaving me with $0.01 balance. This card had never been out of my possession, yet someone had to know the card number , the expiration date and the security code on the bact and how exactly how much they could get leaving only one cent balance. I finally got to speak with a real person after countless calls and being cut off , transferred around , loosing connections and having to call back and go through the same thing again and agin. . When I did get to tell some my problem they told me I would have to file a dispute form and it may ta several weeks for them to review. They emailed me the form and filled it out and sent it back. After a couple of weeks I got a replacement card in the mail for $25.00 and a number to call to activate it. And that's where I am now. I've been on the phone and computer for about 4 hours listening to an automated voice machine , being told the numbers i read off my card was invalid, put on hold and had to suffer loud music and finally a young lady that kept arguing we me about having a form of some sorts and telling me she couldn't help me, that I would have to use the automated machine and I kept telling her it didn't work and finally she hung up. I tried one more time, went through whole process, listened to more loud music, some one finally came on , I told then what I needed and he said hold on just a minute and never came back. I may try again tomorrow but I'm afraid I'm just out of $25.00.
