Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Company recently changed hands and I'm being billed 3 times each month thru auto pay. No phone numbers on being to contact anyone and all calls placed to company are never answered or you're put on hold forever. Resolution Sought Call me and place contact information on paper bills for questions about bill.
