Messaging app was removed from my phone as of 7/13/2026 causing me to not be able to communicate with family and friends. My uncle prepaid for services to be able to contact me and before he could send the initial message to be officially added, they removed the app from my device. Kiosk do not work properly- we are unable to hear out of any receiver on A-side. Resolution Sought to stop removing the messaging app from our devices

Didn't receive my refund Resolution Sought Closed my account with securus didn't receive my refund for money left on the account. They want me to join securus for a 5$ refundable fee and a $48.00 monthly fee. I want my 178.00 refund
